Iron gall ink research - Projects 

This chapter aims to keep conservators, collection managers and researchers informed of current investigations into iron gall inks. Projects focus on three major subjects: better understanding of artifacts made with iron gall ink (art technology), better insight in the decay processes (degradation) and development of innovative preservation and conservation strategies (conservation).
